Dosage of Pomalidomide

1. Pregnancy Testing Prior to Administration

Females of reproductive potential must have a negative pregnancy test result and use contraception prior to initiating Pomalidomide.

2. Recommended Dosage for Multiple Myeloma

The recommended dose of Pomalidomide is 4 mg orally once daily, with or without food, on Days 1 through 21 of repeated 28-day cycles until disease progression. Pomalidomide is administered in combination with dexamethasone.

3. Recommended Dosage for Kaposi Sarcoma

The recommended dose of Pomalidomide is 5 mg orally once daily, with or without food, on Days 1 through 21 of repeated 28-day cycles until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. For patients with AIDS-related Kaposi sarcoma, highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) should be continued for HIV management.
