艾拉戈克钠(Orilissa)为每日口服药物，有两种剂量规格，可根据治疗目标选择。
1. 艾拉戈克钠150mg
每日一次，每次一片，每日尽量在同一时间服用，可随餐或空腹服用。
2. 艾拉戈克钠200mg
每日两次，每次一片200mg（每日总剂量400mg），每日尽量在相同时间服用，可随餐或空腹服用。
妇科医生会根据您的个人治疗需求，推荐最低有效剂量。疼痛缓解效果以及您可能出现的任何副作用，均会因服用剂量和身体反应的不同而存在差异。
由于艾拉戈克钠在整个月经周期均发挥作用，因此务必每日按时服用，严格遵照妇科医生的医嘱用药——即使症状有所好转也不可擅自停药。艾拉戈克钠并非按需服用的药物。
艾拉戈克钠不含激素，无避孕效果。
