Not recommended for combined use: The doctor may discontinue Cabozantinib or adjust other medications you are taking.
Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) vaccine (live attenuated vaccine).
Quadrivalent dengue live attenuated vaccine.
Measles live attenuated vaccine.
Mumps live attenuated vaccine.
Rubella live attenuated vaccine.
Smallpox/monkeypox vaccine.
Typhoid vaccine.
Varicella live attenuated vaccine.
Yellow fever vaccine.
Other medical conditions may affect the use of this medication. Be sure to inform your doctor of all your other health conditions, especially the following:
Hemorrhagic disorders, thrombotic diseases, acute myocardial infarction, heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension, hypocalcemia, hypothyroidism, proteinuria, gastric fistula/perforation, recent stroke: Use with caution; these conditions may be exacerbated.
Dental problems, dental procedures/surgery, poor oral hygiene, dental infections: May increase the risk of severe jaw disorders.
Recent hematemesis, hemoptysis, history of severe bleeding, melena: Contraindicated.
Mild to moderate liver disease: Use with caution; delayed drug clearance may enhance the drug’s efficacy.
Severe liver disease: Contraindicated.
Store in a sealed container at room temperature, away from heat sources, moisture, direct sunlight, and do not freeze.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not retain expired or unused medications. Consult your healthcare provider for proper disposal methods.
