3. Avoid Important Events During Dose Escalation: Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have the highest incidence during the dose-escalation phase and decrease over time. Do not schedule important events—such as business trips, meetings, or long-distance travel—during the first few days after a dose increase.

4. Inform Your Doctor Promptly Before Surgery: This applies to elective surgeries, gastrointestinal endoscopies, dental procedures requiring sedation, and any procedures involving anesthesia or deep sedation.

5. Avoid Oral Contraceptives: Individuals using oral hormonal contraceptives should switch to a non-oral method of contraception or add a barrier method for 30 days after starting this product and for 30 days following each dose increase.

6. Proactive Hydration: Persistent or prolonged nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea may lead to dehydration.
