The starting dose is 12.5 mg once daily.
Titrate gradually according to a fixed schedule, with a final maintenance dose of 200 mg daily.
The maximum dose is 400 mg daily, adjusted based on efficacy and tolerability.
Do not speed up dose escalation on your own; rapid titration may increase the risk of serious adverse reactions.
Adjust the dose every two weeks until the target dose is reached.
Once daily, with or without food.
It is recommended to take the medication at a fixed time to reduce missed doses.
If a dose is missed, consult your doctor for guidance; do not double the dose on your own.
Do not stop the medication abruptly; taper gradually over at least 2 weeks.
Abrupt discontinuation may trigger status epilepticus.
