Dose Adjustment Principles for Palbociclib When Side Effects Occur

Never take a double dose to make up for a missed one, as overdose may cause severe bone marrow suppression and other toxic reactions. If you suspect you have taken an overdose (e.g., swallowing multiple tablets at once), immediately contact your doctor or go to the nearest hospital emergency room, and bring the drug packaging and this leaflet with you so that medical staff can quickly understand the situation. Finally, unless explicitly instructed by your doctor, do not interrupt Palbociclib treatment on your own even if you feel well or experience some discomfort, because continuous, regular treatment is key to controlling cancer progression.
