Adverse reactions of Mitotane

Most common adverse reactions include: anorexia, epigastric  discomfort, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, depression, dizziness, vertigo,  rash, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hypothyroidism, and  decreased blood free testosterone in males.
