Although capivasertib offers a new treatment option for specific cancers, its efficacy and safety are highly susceptible to the impact of concomitant medications, making it crucial to clarify its drug interactions.
While some drugs should not be used together at all, in other cases, two different drugs may need to be administered in combination even if interactions might occur. In such instances, your doctor may wish to adjust the dosage or implement other preventive measures. It is particularly important to inform your doctor whether you are taking any of the following medications while on this drug. The interactions listed below are selected based on their potential significance and are not exhaustive.
Concurrent use of this drug with any of the following medications is not recommended. Your doctor may decide not to treat you with this drug or adjust some of your other medications you are currently taking.

Measles virus vaccine (live attenuated).

Certain medications should not be used during or around meal times, nor should they be taken with specific types of food, as interactions may occur.
