Dosage of Neratinib

Extended Adjuvant Treatment for Early Breast Cancer

The recommended dose of neratinib is 240 mg (6 tablets), administered orally once daily with meals. Treatment should continue until disease recurrence or for up to one year.

Advanced or Metastatic Breast Cancer

The recommended dose of neratinib is 240 mg (6 tablets), administered orally once daily with meals on Days 1–21 of a 21-day cycle. It should be combined with capecitabine (750 mg/m², administered orally twice daily) on Days 1–14 of the 21-day cycle. Treatment should continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs.
