Use this medication under medical supervision and follow your doctor's instructions. The recommended initial dose is 120mg (equivalent to three 40mg tablets) taken orally once daily. A complete treatment cycle is 28 days. The specific dosing regimen must be strictly followed as prescribed by your doctor.
Patients must undergo professional genetic testing before using this medication:
A peripheral blood or bone marrow sample is needed to complete FLT3 gene mutation testing (analyzing for specific genetic abnormalities). This medication is only suitable for patients confirmed to have this gene mutation.
